'THANK-YOU to Guernsey Fire & Rescue'

This November, the Town Church called the fire department at the height of one of the biggest storms of the year, Storm Bert, reporting slates detaching from the roof. As they fell to the ground, they posed a serious risk to pedestrians. The team used an aerial platform to reach the roof through the netting of Christmas Lights to remove the dislodged slates to make the area safe. We were delighted to offer Blue Watch a cup of tea and a biscuit, in thanks for all their hard work.

We are committed to ensuring the Town Church is a safe place for all and adhere to all applicable safeguarding best practice.
