VISITING THE ISLAND?

The Town Church is a focal point of the St Peter Port skyline. With its idyllic seafront location it is a beacon to visitors to the island. During the summer months you will usually find volunteers in the church to welcome you and share some of the rich history associated with this iconic Guernsey landmark.

The church hosts a number of charity and music events throughout the year, including youth music, organ and choral recitals. Events that form part of the Summer Music Festival usually take place during the lunch hour, in order to allow locals to attend. If you are very lucky, you may hear our wonderful organist, director of music and Choir master, Stephen le Prevost practising his craft. Stephen was, amongst other positions throughout his career, assistant organist at Westminster Abbey from 1991 to 2001.

We would love to meet you, so please do drop in!

We are committed to ensuring the Town Church is a safe place for all and adhere to all applicable safeguarding best practice.
