A Candlelit Advent Procession for the First Sunday of Advent, held on Sunday 3rd December 2023
Beginning in total darkness the service started with the lighting of one candle. As the choir processed around the church, further candles were lit until the whole Church was lit by hundreds of candles. With reflective music, readings and congregational Advent Carols this was a very moving start to the Advent Season.
