The Liturgy of Good Friday

Fri, 29 Mar

|

Town Church

Silence is a significant feature of this solemn service. There is no celebration of the Eucharist but the consecrated bread and wine from the Maundy Thursday Eucharist is given in communion. The Passion is read and the church remains spartan and sombre.
