INSPIRING YOUNGSTERS TO REMEMBER
Friday 16th May
A gateway lecture aimed at schools and youth groups, to sow the seeds of interest in the history of Guernsey's Occupation. (This will be a mash-up of the three previous lectures catering specially for a younger audience).
Chris Oliver
A well known speaker on Military History around the islands. He has made several programmes for the BBC, Wildfire Productions, Channel 4 and ITV. He is a guest lecturer at Sandhurst and Cambridge University. Chris is co-founder and Chairman of the Royal Guernsey Light Infantry,
Steve Le Prevost
Also a well known local speaker and author, Steve helps bring life to some of the most interesting parts of our military past.
